1. Refunds
- Our preserved rose arrangements are tailor-made per order and do not qualify for returns or refunds except in the case of damaged items.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged arrangement during transit, kindly forward images of the damaged item to support@endlessroses.com
- We offer replacements for items found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
- For a valid return, the item must be in an identical condition as when you initially received it. It should also be contained in its original packaging, arranged in the same manner as it was delivered to you.
